How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3–5 business days. Singapore takes 5–7 business days. International orders outside these regions take 7–14 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status at any time under Account → Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. If you are based elsewhere and want a specific item, email hello@crowdcouture.co — we handle international requests case by case.

Question 4

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your order is past the estimated delivery window, email orders@crowdcouture.co with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and follow up within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days provided the item is unworn and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@crowdcouture.co with your order number and the reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. You do not need to contact the vendor directly — CCC handles all returns centrally.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (2–3 business days), we process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes. When you initiate the return, just specify you want an exchange and indicate the alternative size or colour. Subject to stock availability.

Are the products authentic?

Every product on CCC is sourced directly from the vendor. We do not sell grey market or third-party stock. Each listing includes the vendor name, country of origin, and material composition.

Why are quantities limited?

We work exclusively with independent designers who produce in small batches. This is a feature, not a bug — limited production means considered production. When a product shows as sold out, it is genuinely sold out.

How do I find out about restocks?

Some items restock in the next season; others do not. Follow us on Instagram @crowdcouturecollective for restock announcements, or email hello@crowdcouture.co to register interest in a specific item.

Question 12

I want to become a vendor on CCC. How?

Accepted Answer

Apply at crowdcouture.co/launch/apply with your brand name, country of origin, and a link to your work. We review all applications and respond within 5 business days. We look for independent designers producing in Southeast Asia with a clear craft identity.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and FPX online banking for Malaysian customers. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. CCC never stores your full card details.

Can I pay in different currencies?

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For Singapore orders, prices are shown in SGD at checkout. Your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee if your card is issued outside Malaysia or Singapore.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view purchase history.
